We discuss how Covid has affected the nightclub and bar scene in Michigan, the reasons he decided to start his own company during a global pandemic, and the keys to properly being a bar consultant. We talk how he got involved in flair, play a great game of "would you rather", and you have to hear who his guests would be in fill the seats.
